Returns & Exchanges

At Boutique le Pentagone, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or bring it to your nearest Boutique le Pentagone store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
